Destination Board Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Destination Board app, hosted portal, or display service.

The service

Destination Board provides personal display boards using live and configured transport information. Live data can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable and must not be relied upon as the only source for travel decisions.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and display links. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or add content you do not have permission to use.

Subscriptions

Personal is an auto-renewable App Store subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Ending use

You may delete your Destination Board account in the app or portal. Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it separately through Apple.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party transport data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
